En quelques mots ...

Vines growing on diverse terroirs of clay-silt alluvium and sand. The grapes are hand-picked on racks and manually sorted on tables before vatting. Crushing at the foot of the vat. Low voluntary yields of 35 hl/ha. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 18 months in new barrels (20%) and one-wine barrels (80%).

Dark ruby with shimmering highlights.

Very pretty nose with notes of cooked black fruit and liquorice.

La bouche

Supple, powerful and opulent on the palate. Dense, rich and refined tannic structure. Superb length, minerality and freshness on the finish.
