Wine information: Bandol Rosé 2020 is a cuvée composed of 65% Mourvèdre and 35% Cinsault. The vines are planted in an 'amphitheater' facing the sea, on clay, limestone and Trias chalk. The Cinsaut was pressed directly, while the Mourvèdre was bled for a day using the 'saignée' method. The cuvée of the two juices fermented spontaneously for 20 days at 22°c, then aged for six months in stainless steel. nose: magnificent fruity aromas of sweet peaches, cherries, apple pie and red currant jelly blend with fragrant flowers, dried cookies and fresh and dried Mediterranean herbs.
