There's nothing primitive about the primitivo. On the contrary, it's an extremely pleasant and charming boy, with a tough skin and a tender heart. The acidity and tannins are not soft, but they are complemented by deep fruit and great fullness. A wonderful wine, to be recommended. Deep fruity sweetness, exuberant aromas, good tannins, lots of juice and power. Hare stew, grilled lamb steaks, large wooden barrel. Allergene:enthält sulfite
