Valet de pique is the red wine in our pleasure range "les valet de trinquevedel", from a terroir that is not only a cru, but also a vin de france. Meticulous work in vineyard and cellar to produce these friendly, light, gourmet wines for immediate pleasure. this red wine is bursting with fruit. Light red color, rich, intense nose of red fruits and spices. Gourmet, fruity mouthfeel, mellow tannins. Ideal as an aperitif, with charcuterie or grilled meats for lunch in the sun... 50% grenache noir, 50% syrah. In conversion to organic farming, hand-picked in crates, whole harvest, total carbonic maceration, pressing, malolactic fermentation, ageing in cement vats with epoxy resin, technical cork, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...).
