The 2013 Rittersberg Riesling Réserve Personnelle is clear and intense in its well-concentrated fruit aromas that show some lemon-confit flavors along with crushed stones. Pure, fresh and elegant on the palate, with a good mineral and phenolic grip that is just slightly drying, this is a classic from a cooler vintage and a cooler granitic-soil terroir.
